WE WILL EMAIL OR PHONE YOU WHEN WE ARE GOING TO DISPATCH YOUR ORDER.

We deliver with DPD or Royal Mail. * DPD provide a 1 hour predicted delivery time slot if you provide your mobile number. Royal mail will be delivered in the normal manner.

UK non-mainland deliveries are subject to a surcharge.

All deliveries must be signed for.

Because some of our stock is handmade to order, delivery times could be 4-8 weeks. We will notify you as soon as possible though and if you are unhappy with the timeframe we will refund you in full immediately.

Please check the package externally for damage and ensure problems are noted and confirmed by courier.

In the event of damage or short delivery the company will not be liable unless the purchaser shall have notified the company in writing within 2 working days of delivery.
